Ricky Hatton May Never Fight In UK Again

It's almost time for Ricky Hatton to fight his IBO light-welterweight clash against Juan Lazcano on home turf later this month. But the 'Hitman' has said that it could be his last fight in the UK. The 29 year-old fighter said:
"It could be my last fight in England, yes."
If Hatton beats the Mexican, Lazcano at Manchester City's Eastlands stadium on 24 May he could be lined up to face IBF champion Paulie Malignaggi. He said:
"Malignaggi at Madison Square Garden would be ideal should I beat Lazcano. Then I'd like another crack at Floyd. I'm not going to put a time limit on it, but then I've got to start to look for any more goals and ask 'are there any more goals that I want to achieve?'"
The Floyd Mayweather rematch is on the cards and is likely to take place in Las Vegas after which Hatton may retire from boxing - he has admitted that he wouldn't fight into his thirties.
