Chelsea's Calamity Keepers

Seems like Man Utd aren't the only team out there bemoaning their bad luck on the injury front, for now it's Chelsea's turn to suffer. In the space of two days, the title-hunting, Champions League-chasing Blues have managed to lose not only one, but two of their goalkeepers!
First up, Petr Cech. The poor fella's been in the wars for the past couple of seasons and had only just returned to training following an ankle injury when he copped a smack in the chops – all accidental, mind – when he collided with team-mate Ben Haim in training. Result? A two-hour op and 50 stitches. Ouch!
Next, Cech's back-up Carlo Cudicini, who'd probably walk into most other Premier League teams, pinged a hamstring 20-odd minutes into last night's Champions League win over Fenerbahce. "He doesn't look so good," muttered Chelsea's grey-faced gaffer Avram Grant after the match.
And so, that leaves Chelsea facing the prospect of getting through the next few weeks with Hilario (who? Oh yes, that guy with the funny dark curly hair) and an 18-year-old kid called Rhys Taylor.
"We have Hilario and we have the goalkeeper from the youth team," gasped Grant. "He is a good goalkeeper."
Is he? Are they? Good enough to face Liverpool in the Champions League semis and good enough to take on Man Utd in the title decider at the end of the month? We shall see, Avram, we shall see!
