Championship Play-offs: Hull v Watford

One down, one to go. Last night Bristol City booked their place in the world's most lucrative club football match – tonight we'll find out who they'll play in the battle to win the £60million jackpot that is the Premier League.

Hull host Watford and, to be honest, they need to blow things big time to miss out on a place in the Championship playoff final. After last weekend's 2-0 win at Vicarage Road – when Watford had their captain, John Eustace, sent off, and a goal disallowed with the scores at 0-0 – Hull have a huge advantage. Two goals up, and two away goals at that, it will need an almighty turnaround to prevent them booking a trip to Wembley.

This is nosebleed territory for the Tigers, who have never been in the Premier League before and have never – not ever never ever – been in English football's top flight in their entire club history. That's over 100 years.

Phil Brown's side are an odd bunch, fashioned out of the likes of former England man Nick Barmby, former Bolton and Nigerian trickster Jay-Jay Okocha, and the ultimate football veteran – Dean Windass, who looks like a pub team player but is still banging the goals in at nearly 40. They might not be fashionable – Hull as a place really isn't fashionable, let's face it – but tonight, the safest bet going is a home win, or at least a result that will see clinch them a place in the final at Wembley.
