Championship Play-offs: Brazil-like Bristol Book Final Berth

Championship Play-offs

Did you see Bristol City turn on the style to knock Crystal Palace out of the Championship play-offs on Tuesday night? Did you see the state of those two screaming goals scored by the amazing Lee Trundle and Michael McIndoe?

City manager Gary Johnson must be some kind of miracle worker to take his club to the brink of the Premiership on such scant resources. And what lovely football they play as well. How Johnson managed to turn that previously fat scouser Trundle into a left sided doppelganger of the legendary Hristo Stoichkov I´ll never know.

Viewers of Soccer AM will know that Trundle has always had a trick or two but now he really looks the part after shedding two stones and has injected a little venom into his game. Lets hope we can see his skills in the Premiership, even if he still only has the pace of a reversing oil tanker.

City meet the winners of Wednesday night´s second leg play-off between Hull City and Watford. Hull are favourites to go through after building up a 2-0 first leg advantage and Bodog have all the odds on that game.

When orange-faced Hull manager Phil Brown (sponsored by Kia-Ora) isn´t barking orders from the dug-out he clearly likes to spend his time under a sun bed.

If he runs into Trundle at Wembley he could be in for a proper roasting. Don't miss out on the money-making opportunities with Bodog's Championship odds.
