WPT LA Poker Classic Winner

You might be wondering where we are with this tournament. The final day of 2008 WPT LA Poker Classic started with these guys:
Phil Ivey - 7,180,000, Quinn Do - 2,900,000, Charles "Woody" Moore - 1,750,000 and Nam Le - 1,450,000
The poker roller coaster obviously played out its dips and troughs but the two constants had to be Phil Ivey and number five Nam Le. Le hung around long enough to take a beating from Ivey and finished in fourth taking home $411,770 for his trouble. Next to hit the road was Charles "Woody" Moore finishing third and consoling himself with $625,630. That left Quinn Do on 2.48 million chip count and Ivey on 10.82 million.
But it probably won't come as a shock that Phil Ivey raked it in and finished numero uno with a tidy $1.6 million dollar stash. It wasn't all plain sailing though - he almost lost half his stack early on but regained his momentum by picking up smaller pots to reestablish himself at the table.
