Is Mark Madden The New Chris Moyles Or Is Free Speech Dead?

It's a sad day when you can't say what the hell you want, when you want! This is the life of the outspoken individual - they live by the sword and they die by the sword. Aye tis with a heavy yet proud heart that we speak of our own censorship (for trail-blazers this is all in a day's work!) But can it go too far?

Perhaps we should ask outspoken Pittsburgh sports radio DJ, Mark Madden. Who? Some bloke we had to Google (but think shock jock Howard Stern or Chris Moyles a la Wikimedia). Anyhow said chap got fired for opening his cake-hole a bit too far and making outlandish comments about US Senator Edward Kennedy (no we don't know him either - let's just pretend he's Boris Johnson).

So what warranted the backlash? Oh nothing much, just something along the lines of, hoping that the senator (who has a malignant brain tumour) "would live long enough to be assassinated." Flamin' Nora that's a bit close to the knuckle! Hmm perhaps he was going along the Kennedy theme!  Maybe boot camp could consist of community service at the Stand Up To Cancer initiative! (You read it here first!)

Still, it is our aim to find these renegade individuals and bring them to your attention. We love a firebrand here at Bodog Towers. We couldn't go without Bush bashing. George W Bush as opposed to 1970s pubic shrubbery!  An ex aide to Dubya, Scott McClellan has published his memoirs and Bush gets it.

Nothing we don't know already but just in case you've been living under a rock and can't get your hands on the forthcoming epic, here's the skinny: McClellan suggested that the trigger-happy Texan President used propaganda to sell the Iraq war. Excuse us whilst we have a No s**t Sherlock moment. Ah so these people really exist outside Hollywood blockbusters.
