Ding Ding! Seconds Out For Wino As Frank Warren Approaches!
The Bodog phone has been going nuts all afternoon and we are proud to bring you exciting news about pocket rocket Amy Winehouse. You'd never believe it, but it has been alleged that the puny 6st 2lb singer is being pursued by boxing promoter Frank Warren. She's turning into a bit of a knock out as her skill with her right is going into overdrive and could even over shadow her singing career.
She has been at her pugilistic best yet again after decking some bloke (29 year old Wayne Lindsay) in her Camden Town boozer after she thought he had pinched her arse (we are still baffled as to what he could possibly be trying to do but can confirm that said arse cheeks fit betwixt both fingers.)
The unsuspecting victim, who hails from Cambridge, said Tequila sozzled Wino "looked as if she was in another world". He added:
"It really stung. I couldn't believe it. I hadn't said anything to her or touched her."
After dropping the punch Wino fled the scene.
Frank Warren who has set up some of the biggest fights in British boxing history reckons Winehouse would be a sell out. Her last bout was on the 5th July outside her home after a fan got too close with the camera. But the fight that really grabbed his attention was the rapid fire strike that she delivered to a fan at last month's Glastonbury Festival.
