Britney Spears Gets A New Fella
The 'not-so-bonkers-honest' Britney Spears has regained her sanity and got her love life back on track for what will probably be a couple of weeks. It's not the return of Adnan, K-Fed or her ex manager but new beau Jason Trawick does happen to be on the Britters payroll as her agent. The girl certainly likes to s**t on her own doorstep.
On return from holidaying at Mel Gibson's Costa Rican pad it wasn't just a tan and a beer gut she brought home. Jason and Britney enjoyed some summer loving and according to an unnamed source 'are very much an item' and Jason is being credited for getting Britney back on track. Quite what track that will turn out to be we can only guess.
The source continues: "Jason was deeply saddened when she (Britters) lost it and he made it his personal mission to see she comes back. He was also behind her reuniting with her former manager Larry Rudolph, and getting her involved with the TV series How I Met Your Mother."
The couple made their first appearance as a couple at designer Christian Audigier's party. Christian who we hear you say? Well, he's the one responsible for the Pat Butcher like prints you often see Britney in. Trailer chic we believe it's called.
Anyhow, it must be love as Britney managed to step out looking relatively sexy in a LBD, sleek long blond extensions and red lips.
Super agent Trawick has the approval of Poppa Spears who also happens to be on the payroll, since quitting his job as a caterer. Daddy dearest now earns $2,500 a week as Britney's full time minder / banker / carer but in a bittersweet twist he's also claiming $5000 in loss of earnings. Nice work if you can get it, although its money well spent if we're spared the crotch flashing and head shaving.
So things are finally on the up for Britters. With Poppa Spears and Jason in the driving seat, it looks like a Britney comeback is on the cards. There's even been talk of a $5 million comeback spectacular to be held in her spiritual home Las Vegas. The new Britney is a vast improvement on the hookeresque, pink-wigged mockney from her melt down period. Although that Britney was a lot of fun and we'll miss her.
