Brangelina Twins' Photos Go For Millions
Last week Beat UK was summonsed to a small, sweaty darkened room with several other hacks from top tier publications for what can only be described as an auction.
Our bid limit was set, and to be fair if it was a car boot sale we'd have been laughing. This was the auction for Brangelina's baby pics though and the only thing laughable was the amount they finally went for.
Knox Leon and Vivienne Marcheline were born a couple of weeks ago and are already the highest earning babies on the planet with Hello! Magazine paying a reputed £7.5m for the pictures of a couple of shrivelled looking new born babies.
A magazine insider said: "This is one of the publishing sensations of the decade - Brad and Angelina are the dream couple of the glossy magazine world and we expect to triple our circulation because of the public's fascination and interest in the couple and their children."
They'd better bloody hope they triple the circulation, especially if Brangelina are planning on extending the brood anytime soon.
Brad and Angie have already said they want more kids of their own and with the £2m they got for pics of first baby Shiloh they could happily never make another film again and spend the next few years selling the family album off to the highest bidder.
It's the kids we feel sorry for. No amount of diamond encrusted Tiffany dummies can prepare them for the day they bring a boy or girlfriend home as teenagers and mum gets out the embarrassing baby photos. No leather bound family albums for Angelina though; she'll just get out the dog eared copies of Hello!
Beat will be printing some images of random babies next week, let's face it they all look the same so you can always pretend they are the Brangelina brood.
