The great Brett Favre has binned his decision to retire from the NFL, but he won’t be suiting up for Green Bay Packers, the team he inspired to Super Bowl XXXI victory. Favre has signed instead for New York Jets, having been traded late on Wednesday night.

The 38-year-old – three times NFL MVP – had announced his retirement back in March, stepping down from a glittering career.
