The Bodog Sports has published some blinding markets on the upcoming Champions League final between Manchester United and Chelsea but among the most intriguing is the one titled "First Goal Method".

With aerial threats from the likes of six-footers Cristiano Ronaldo, Didier Drogba, John Terry, Rio Ferdinand and Nemanja Vidic the 4/1 quote for "header" could well be worth an interest. Yesterday saw two of the world’s biggest media whores / non entities go head to head in London town to fight it out for their own little slice of retail heaven. In the red corner Mrs David Beckham launched her overpriced jeans at Russia’s favourite department store and in the blue corner Paris Hilton launched her new perfume ‘Can Can’ at Selfridges.  “I can can earn my own money and don’t need that multi-billion Hilton inheritance”, she might have said.

So far it´s been a decent 2008 for the Welsh.

Shane Williams and Co winning the Six Nations, Joe Calzaghe getting up off the canvas to beat Bernard Hopkins and Tom Jones shaving off that ridiculous goatee beard (my Mum reckons they look like fannies).
