Now we’re intrigued. DIC (Dubai International Capital) and Liverpool have been dilly-dallying for the last week now. First American owners Tom Hicks and George Gillet were fighting amongst each other as to whether they actually wanted to sell a hefty portion of the club to the Dubayans.
