We all heard about Lewis Hamilton’s racist taunts at the pre-season testing at the Circuit de Catalunya in Barcelona, and were thoroughly ashamed of the Spaniards who booed as the McLaren driver came and went to the pits.

These new mosquito deterrent things they are using to warn off unruly youngsters are a cracking idea. At least that’s what I was recently told at a Premier League managers’ convention.
